Prom is Ukraine's largest marketplace, and for many stores it is the second sales channel after their own website. Turboshop ships a complete export configurator: you mark what to send and how, and the platform builds a feed that Prom fetches by URL. Here is the setup, step by step.
Why a store needs it
A marketplace means ready-made traffic, but maintaining an assortment in two places by hand means constant price and stock mismatches. The configurator removes the problem: one product base, the website and Prom run from a single admin, and any change of price, stock or description is picked up by the feed automatically — no re-entering product cards.
Where it lives and how it is organized
The Integrations → Prom section has two-level navigation: Export and Import tabs, with three sub-tabs inside export — Settings, Categories and Attributes. The logic is simple: settings define the general rules, categories choose which catalog sections go to the marketplace, attributes decide which product parameters are sent. All of it is a standard part of the admin panel — no extra services or programming.
Settings: an on-the-fly feed
The key element of the Settings tab is the feed link. Copy it with the "Copy" button and paste it into your Prom cabinet; the "Open feed" button shows exactly what the marketplace will receive. The feed is built on the fly on every request — there are no separate "export runs", Prom always sees current products, prices and stock. To pause the export temporarily, just switch off the main toggle — the link stays the same.

Export parameters:
- Export enabled — the integration's main toggle;
- Price type for export — which of the store's prices goes into the feed (empty means the default price); you can send the marketplace a dedicated "Prom price";
- Selling type — retail or other schemes as Prom understands them;
- Product selection mode — by default only products from categories marked for export get into the feed.
Categories: a tree with Prom codes
The Categories tab shows the store's whole catalog tree with an "Export" toggle next to every section. The flag is inherited down the tree until a descendant overrides it — enable a parent category and all its subcategories travel with it. A counter on top shows how many categories are currently exported.

Every category can carry a Prom category code (portal_id) so products land in the right marketplace section instead of "Other". A product enters the feed when at least one of its categories is marked for export, and new subcategories inherit the parent's flag automatically.
Attributes and variant groupers
The Attributes tab decides which product parameters go to Prom:
- the "Export as attribute" toggle sends a parameter group into the feed as a
paramtag — Prom shoppers see full specifications; - the "Variant grouper" flag is for color and size: such attributes are not printed as separate parameters but group product variants (group_id) — on the marketplace that is one card with a color/size switcher instead of ten separate ones;
- the "Prom parameter name" field exists on the group and on every value: if the marketplace names an attribute differently, set the mapping; an empty field means "send our value as is".

The rule is simple: mark the categories, enable the attributes, copy the link — from then on the feed lives by itself and stays current.
Step-by-step connection
- Turn on "Export enabled" and pick the price type.
- On the Categories tab mark the sections to export and fill in Prom category codes.
- On the Attributes tab enable the needed parameters; flag color and size as variant groupers.
- Copy the feed link and add it in your Prom cabinet as the product import source.
- Open the feed with the "Open feed" button and check that products, prices and attributes are in place.
Also worth knowing
- custom fields travel too — product custom fields flagged "Export" join the attributes (see the custom fields overview);
- wholesale scenarios — with a dedicated export price type you can send Prom prices different from the storefront;
- parity with Rozetka — the Rozetka export configurator works the same way, so the second marketplace connects by a familiar scheme.
Typical scenarios
A few ways stores use the configurator:
- a second sales channel — the whole catalog on Prom with one setup, no separate assortment maintenance;
- a niche test — mark one category and watch marketplace demand before expanding stock;
- a separate pricing policy — a "Prom price" type accounting for marketplace commission, with the website storefront unchanged.
Frequently asked questions
How often is the feed updated? It is built on every marketplace request — no schedules or manual runs.
Can I export only part of the catalog? Yes, that is the default mode: only products from marked categories enter the feed.
What if attribute names differ from Prom's? Set the mapping in the "Prom parameter name" field — on the group or on a specific value.
What about a product in several categories? It enters the feed if at least one of its categories is marked.
Do I need to program anything? No — the whole configurator lives in the admin panel.
Will Prom see new products automatically? Yes: add a product to a marked category and it appears in the feed on the marketplace's next request.
Summary
The Prom configurator turns marketplace export from a one-off technical task into a regular admin setting: categories, attributes, price type — and a feed link. Follow the platform's progress in the "Updates" rubric.
