Terms of Service (Public Offer)

Last updated: July 15, 2026.

1. Definitions and General Provisions

These Terms of Service constitute a public offer — a proposal by Turboshop (the "Provider", "we") to enter into an agreement for access to the Turboshop service (the turboshop.ua website, the "Service") on the terms set out below.

User — a person who has registered an account in the Service or uses the website. Package — the pricing plan selected by the User with a defined set of features. Registering an account or paying for a Package constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

2. Subject Matter

The Provider grants the User access to a SaaS platform for creating and running online stores: a store builder, catalog and order management, integrations with marketplaces and services, and technical support — within the scope of the selected Package. The Service is provided on a subscription basis, remotely, via the Internet.

3. Registration and Account

  • When registering, the User must provide accurate and up-to-date information (email, phone) and keep it current.
  • The User is solely responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and for all actions performed under their account.
  • If unauthorized access is suspected, the User must immediately notify us at [email protected].

4. Pricing and Payment

  • The cost of using the Service is determined by the selected Package (subscription) according to the pricing published on the website.
  • Payments are made online via the WayForPay payment service or by bank transfer against an invoice the User generates in their dashboard.
  • An invoice is valid for payment for 3 (three) calendar days. The plan is activated once we confirm the funds have arrived (usually within 1 business day); recurring billing is not enabled for invoice payments.
  • Some plans have a minimum billing period. For the Basic and Plus plans it is 12 (twelve) months, paid as a single annual payment.
  • With the User's consent, automatic recurring charges may be made to renew the subscription; auto-renewal can be disabled at any time in the account dashboard. After three consecutive failed charge attempts, auto-renewal is disabled automatically and the subscription ends when the paid period expires.
  • If the Package is changed during a paid period, the cost is recalculated in proportion to the unused remainder of the period. The credit is applied up to the price of the new Package; any surplus above that amount (when downgrading) is not refundable.
  • The Provider may change the pricing; new prices apply from the next billing period.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed individually upon contacting [email protected]. Fees for services actually provided (the used portion of the paid period) are non-refundable unless otherwise required by the legislation of Ukraine. The unused remainder may be refunded or credited to the User's balance by agreement of the parties.

6. Affiliate Program

The Service runs an affiliate (referral) program: the User may share their referral link and receive a reward of 10% of the payments made by users they refer. The reward is credited to the affiliate balance in the account dashboard. Program terms may be further specified on the affiliate program page.

7. User Obligations and Restrictions

  • use the Service only for lawful purposes and not publish content that violates the legislation of Ukraine or the rights of third parties;
  • not offer goods prohibited from circulation, or fraudulent, misleading, or malicious content;
  • not take actions aimed at disrupting the Service, bypassing restrictions, or gaining unauthorized access to other users' data.

In case of a breach of these Terms, the Provider may suspend or terminate the User's access to the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Service, its source code, design, trademarks, and website materials belong to the Provider. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service for the duration of the subscription. Rights to the content the User publishes in their store (texts, images, products) remain with the User; the User warrants that they hold the necessary rights to such content.

9. Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is". The Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the Service running without interruption but does not warrant error-free or uninterrupted operation (including during maintenance or due to circumstances beyond the Provider's control). The Provider is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. The Provider's aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the last paid period.

10. Changes to the Terms

The Provider may amend these Terms. The new version is published on this page with the date of the update and takes effect upon publication. Continued use of the Service after publication constitutes acceptance of the new version.
