Personal data is stored no longer than necessary for the purpose of processing: form submissions — for the period of handling the request and a reasonable time afterwards; account data — for the lifetime of the account; data subject to statutory retention periods (in particular payment data) — for such periods. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.
