FAQ
Can the assistant change anything in my store?
No. It has read-only access and cannot change orders, products or settings. Every request it makes is recorded in a separate store log.
What does the assistant see about my customers?
Names are shortened, phone numbers and emails are partly hidden, and addresses, tracking numbers and order comments are not shared at all. The city is shown so location reports still work.
What do I need to connect it?
Your own Claude or ChatGPT account that supports connectors. In the admin panel you enable access, copy the connection address, add it to the assistant and click “Allow”; only the Super admin and Administrator roles can connect it.
Does the assistant calculate margin?
Not yet, because the store doesn’t track product cost. Amounts are shown in the store’s base currency.
