Exporting products to Rozetka from Turboshop: setup guide

The Rozetka export configurator: an on-the-fly XML feed, store data for the feed header, a category tree with rz_id, per-product control and feed eligibility rules.

Rozetka is the storefront where shoppers search daily, and for an online store it is a fast route to a huge audience. In Turboshop the Rozetka export is configured without a developer: the configurator builds an XML feed by your rules and the marketplace fetches it by URL. Below are all four configurator tabs, a step-by-step connection and typical questions.

Why a store needs it

Rozetka's audience is huge, but maintaining a second assortment by hand means price and stock mismatches and double work for managers. The configurator keeps everything in one admin: a shared product base for the website and the marketplace, with the feed serving fresh data on every request.

Section structure

The Integrations → Rozetka section has four export tabs: Settings, Categories, Attributes and Products. Compared with Prom there is one important difference — a dedicated Products tab with per-item control: Rozetka is stricter about assortment, so every product enters the feed via its own toggle. The configurator is a standard part of the admin panel — no third-party services or programming.

Settings: the XML feed and store data

The Settings tab holds the feed link with "Copy" and "Open XML" buttons: paste it into your Rozetka seller cabinet. The feed is built on the fly — the marketplace gets fresh data on every request. The "Open XML" button is the fastest self-check: you see the feed with the same eyes as the marketplace.

The same tab collects the feed header data and the price choice:

  • Store name, Legal name and Store URL — Rozetka requires these in the XML header;
  • Currency — UAH by default;
  • Price type for export — which of the store's prices goes to the marketplace (empty means the default price).

Categories: a tree with rz_id and inheritance

The Categories tab is the catalog tree with an "Export" toggle; the flag is inherited down the tree until a descendant overrides it — handy for large catalogs: enable the parent section instead of clicking every subcategory. Every category can carry an rz_id — the category code in Rozetka's tree — and a "Name for Rozetka" when the marketplace section should be titled differently. With an empty rz_id the feed sends the store's guid, and failing that — the category name. A counter on top shows how many categories are currently exported, and new subcategories inherit the parent's flag automatically.

Products: per-item control

The integration's key trait. The Products tab lists all store products with ID and SKU, each carrying:

  • an "Export" toggle — a product enters the feed only when enabled deliberately;
  • a "Rozetka code" field — the product's marketplace code;
  • a "Name for Rozetka" field — when the marketplace card should be titled differently from the storefront.

Search and filters above the list help find the right items quickly even in a large catalog.

To enter the feed a product must be active, have a brand and a price above zero, and belong to an exported category — the configurator honestly filters out everything Rozetka would reject anyway.

Rozetka loves order: brand, price, the right category. The configurator checks all of it for you before the marketplace ever sees the feed.

Attributes

The Attributes tab follows the same principle as Prom: choose which parameter groups to export, and enable variant grouping for color and size — on the marketplace the product appears as one card with switchers instead of a pile of duplicates. Product custom fields flagged "Export" also join the feed — attributes from custom fields travel to the marketplace automatically.

Step-by-step connection

  1. Fill in the store data (name, legal name, URL) and pick the price type.
  2. On the Categories tab mark the sections and set rz_id codes from Rozetka's tree.
  3. On the Products tab enable the items that go to the marketplace.
  4. Review attributes and variant groupers.
  5. Copy the link, open the XML to verify — and add the feed in your Rozetka seller cabinet.

Typical scenarios

  • top items to the marketplace — per-item control exists exactly for this: only your bestsellers go to Rozetka, not the whole warehouse;
  • separate names for Rozetka search — the "Name for Rozetka" field optimizes the card for marketplace search without touching the storefront;
  • a separate price — a price type accounting for marketplace commission, while the website keeps its own.

Frequently asked questions

Why didn't a product get into the feed? Check four conditions: the product is active, has a brand, a price above zero and belongs to an exported category — plus its toggle on the Products tab is on.

Where do I find a category's rz_id? It is the category code in Rozetka's tree — visible in the seller cabinet or in the marketplace category URL.

Can I send prices different from my website? Yes — pick a dedicated export price type in the settings.

Do I need to refresh the feed manually? No, it is built on the fly on every Rozetka request.

Do I have to track stock separately? No — the feed serves the store's current stock and prices at request time.

How many products can I export? The platform sets no limit — the volume is defined by your catalog.

Will Rozetka see new products automatically? Yes — enable their toggle on the Products tab and the feed picks them up on the next request.

Summary

The Rozetka configurator gives full control over your marketplace assortment: from the feed header to an individual toggle on every product. Together with the Prom export it covers the country's two main marketplaces from one admin panel. Start with a few proven items and expand the assortment once you see the first sales. Follow platform updates in the "Updates" rubric.
