FAQ
Do I need to buy the API separately?
No. The API is part of the platform and available in every Turboshop store. The set of methods depends on the installed modules, and the current list is always shown in the documentation in the admin.
How do I give a developer access?
Share the link to Integrations → API integration and an administrator token from My profile → API settings. Use a separate administrator for each integration, so reissuing one token does not stop the others.
How do I fetch only new orders?
Request the order list with the updated_after parameter and you get only records changed after that time. Products work the same way, so you never need a full export every time.
What if the exchange stops halfway?
Imports match records by guid, so resending the same batch does not create duplicates. Accepted items are already in the store, and you only resend the failed ones.
Which systems can I integrate with?
Any system that can send HTTP requests in JSON: accounting, CRM, ERP or your own script. For the TURBOSKLAD accounting system the exchange is already built and needs no development.
