FAQ
What do I need to connect it?
Your own account on forsage-studio.com with an API Token, which you paste into the integration settings. A queue worker must also run on the server — your store’s technical support sets it up.
Can I take only some of the products?
Yes. You turn on only the suppliers you need and, if you like, set a photo shoot cut-off date so older products aren’t imported.
How do I check that it works?
The Dashboard tab shows the queue status, and Statistics shows products created, updated and removed per day. At the start you can enable a log of incoming push notifications.
Why don’t the sync buttons do anything?
Most often the integration isn’t turned on in the Settings tab: while it’s off, the schedule, manual runs and push notifications don’t run.
