A fiscal receipt for every online payment, with no manual work
Issue fiscal receipts via the Checkbox software register: registers, shifts and refunds from the store admin.
What it gives your business
The receipt appears on its own
At Turboshop we made sure that once a customer pays on your site, a software-register (PRRO) receipt is created through Checkbox and emailed to them, so you never issue receipts by hand.
No duplicate receipts
For each payment provider and method you choose who issues the receipt: the add-on or the bank. If fiscalization is already on in monobank or LiqPay, we skip our own receipt so the customer never gets two.
The receipt matches the order
Products and every discount — promo code, gift, bundle — go into the receipt, so its total matches the order to the kopiyka. That makes reconciling revenue with your accountant much easier.
Problems are visible right away
Each order card shows the receipt status, and a failed receipt can be retried without creating a duplicate. We alert admins in Telegram about problems such as a shift that didn’t close, so you can react in time.
Test before you go live
A Checkbox test register issues non-fiscal receipts marked TEST, so you can walk through the whole flow before your first real payments.
Features
Registers for several legal entities
Add a register for each company, and every order’s receipt goes to the register of that order’s company.
Shifts without reminders
A shift opens before the first receipt of the day and closes with a Z-report at the time set in the register; X-reports and manual closing are in the admin.
A mode for every payment method
Add-on issues, bank issues, no receipt, or a receipt when the payment becomes “Paid on delivery” — with the payment form required by Order No. 601.
Taxes by product and category
Each line’s tax comes from the product, then its category, then the register default, using codes from your Checkbox register.
Return receipts
A full return receipt is issued from the order card, or automatically when the bank reverses the payment.
Refund receipts
A full refund receipt is issued from the order card, or automatically when the bank reverses the payment.
Who it is for
- Stores that take card payments online and must issue PRRO receipts.
- Owners running several sole proprietorships or companies through one store.
- Stores with several payment providers where the bank already issues some receipts.
- Stores with cash on delivery or pay-on-pickup that need a receipt once the money arrives.
How to connect
- 1Sign in to your Turboshop dashboard and pick a store.
- 2Open the add-on and connect it — paid ones are checked out in the dashboard.
- 3The add-on turns on in your store admin, with settings in its own section.
FAQ
What do I need besides the add-on?
Your own Checkbox account with a separate register for the website and a cloud e-signature for the cashier. You enter the register license key and cashier PIN in the admin; we store them encrypted and never display them again.
Can I reuse my offline shop’s register?
We recommend a separate register for the website. A shift opened by the site gets in the way of working in Checkbox.Kasa at the same time, so a shared register is inconvenient for both points of sale.
Which tax should I pick, and should cash on delivery get a receipt?
That depends on your tax system, so check with your accountant. Cash on delivery is set to No receipt by default, and you choose the register tax from a list after the connection check.
