What do I need to connect Pindex?
You need your own pindex.com.ua account with an API token, a Telegram bot, and groups or a channel for notifications. The connection settings go into the site configuration rather than the admin, so pass them to the team that maintains your store.
Are translation and notifications paid separately?
Yes, they are Pindex services charged to your Pindex account. Your balance and payment history are visible in the admin, and everything works as long as the account has funds.
Why don’t queued announcements go out immediately?
The queue is processed every 10 minutes in small batches because Telegram limits sending speed. If you need it out now, use Send now.
Can I use Telegram without translation?
Yes. Telegram notifications and translation are switched on separately, so you can use only what you need.
