Store form requests go straight into your NetHunt CRM pipelines
Send store form requests to NetHunt CRM — webhook settings right in the admin.
What it gives your business
No request slips through
At Turboshop we send each request to NetHunt as soon as the storefront form is submitted, so a manager sees it in the CRM instead of finding it in email or the admin hours later.
Every request in the right pipeline
You link a store event to a NetHunt automation, and your workflow decides what happens next — create a record, assign a manager — so the process stays under your control.
Flexible while you rework things
A webhook can be paused with a toggle instead of deleted, so you can rebuild a pipeline in NetHunt without pressure.
Features
Three request types
Callback, Discount and Feedback requests, each of which can go through its own webhook.
Submitted form data
Name, phone, email and message text, depending on the form’s fields.
Several webhooks per event
The same request can land in, for example, two different pipelines.
Retries
If NetHunt doesn’t respond right away, we make up to three sending attempts.
Webhook list in the admin
Search and sorting, editing in a modal window and an on/off toggle in every row.
Who it is for
- Stores that already manage customers in NetHunt CRM.
- Stores where many shoppers ask for a callback or a discount before buying.
- Teams that need different request types routed to different pipelines.
How to connect
- 1Sign in to your Turboshop dashboard and pick a store.
- 2Open the add-on and connect it — paid ones are checked out in the dashboard.
- 3The add-on turns on in your store admin, with settings in its own section.
FAQ
Are orders sent to NetHunt?
No. The integration sends three types of form requests: callback, discount request and feedback. Orders are not sent to NetHunt.
What do I set up in NetHunt?
Your own NetHunt CRM account and a workflow with an Incoming webhook trigger. Copy the hash from the webhook address and paste it into the admin along with the event and a name.
Requests don’t show up in the CRM. What should I check?
Compare the hash character by character and make sure the webhook is on and the NetHunt workflow is active. Event sending is enabled in your store theme’s forms, so if everything looks right, write to our support.
