FAQ
What do I need to get started?
Your own seller account on Prom.ua, and for the import, a link to the XML feed of your products on Prom. You connect the add-on in your turboshop.ua account, nothing to install by hand.
How often are products updated on Prom?
Prom fetches the feed from the permanent link on its own schedule. The feed is generated on request, so it always carries current prices and stock.
Won’t a large feed overload my site?
No, we read large feeds as a stream, so importing even thousands of products doesn’t slow the store down. The import runs on the server and can be scheduled if needed.
Why is my feed empty?
Check that at least one category is marked for export, or switch the selection mode to “all active”. You can open the feed and review the products with a button in the settings.
