Dashboard

The dashboard is the first screen after you log in. It gathers the store's key metrics as chart widgets and lets you understand your sales at a glance. Each widget has a "from / to" date filter at the top — pick a range to view the period you need.

What you see

At the top is a row of quick links to key sections (Orders, Requests, Products, Users, etc.). Below is a grid of chart widgets, each showing its own metric:

  • Number of requests — how many form submissions arrived in the period. Growth means more interest (or more complaints).
  • Abandoned carts — how many carts were left without checkout. High values signal checkout barriers (shipping cost, complex flow).
  • Cancelled orders — the number of cancellations. Spikes mean problems with stock, prices or communication.
  • Orders — the trend in order count, the main pulse of sales.
  • Order recurrence — how often customers reorder; a loyalty indicator.
  • Total order value — total revenue for the period, the key financial figure.
  • Average order value — the average amount of a single order.
  • Search queries — how many on-site searches happened; details are in "What people search".
  • Users — how many new users registered in the period.
  • Product count — the size of the catalog right now.

How it works

Set the "from" and "to" dates in a widget and apply — the chart redraws for the chosen period. Compare equal intervals (week over week, month over month) to see a trend rather than random noise.

How to use it for decisions

  • Sales growth: read "Orders" + "Total order value" + "Average order value" together to tell whether you have more sales or just larger baskets.
  • Recovering losses: "Abandoned carts" and "Cancelled orders" are money you can win back — simplify checkout, add reminders, check stock.
  • Demand and assortment: "Search queries" + "Product count" reveal what people look for but is missing from the catalog.
  • Promo impact: when running a promotion, compare before and after — the charts show the real effect.
