«Nova Poshta» is an integration with Ukraine’s most popular delivery service. It pulls in branches and parcel lockers, calculates shipping cost and lets you create and print waybills right from the admin panel without logging into the carrier’s account.
What you see
At the top there are three tabs: «Waybills list» (electronic waybills), «Reference books» (Nova Poshta reference data — cities, branches) and «Accounts» (connected Nova Poshta accounts). Until an account is connected, the «Waybills list» tab shows a yellow warning «An account must be created».
How it works
First go to the «Accounts» tab and add a Nova Poshta account (you need an API key from the carrier’s account). After that the reference books and waybill creation become available: a waybill is generated for an order, which you can print and stick on the parcel.
Why it matters
The customer picks a convenient branch right at checkout and sees the shipping cost, while you save time on creating waybills by hand. Fewer address errors means fewer returns and lost parcels.
