“Users” is the store’s customer base: all buyers who registered or placed an order. The foundation for support, segmentation and repeat sales.
What you see
A table of customers with the columns ID, first name, last name, phone, email, registration date, order count and an On/Off toggle (active account). At the top are search, filters and the Export / Import and + Create buttons. Pagination is at the bottom.

How it works
- The customer card has tabs: Profile, Orders, Abandoned carts, Favorites, UTM.
- The profile holds name, phone, email, user type, an activity toggle and a Change password button.
- The other tabs show purchase history, abandoned carts (a reason to remind) and the acquisition source (UTM tags).

Why it matters
Knowing a customer’s history and behavior lets you make relevant offers, recover abandoned carts and build repeat sales. That is cheaper than attracting a new buyer every time.
