Moving from another platform to Turboshop happens without losing products or search rankings. Below is what to prepare and where to click in the admin panel.
Migration methods
- File import — Excel or XML/YML in Shop → Products: a quick start if you have a ready price list or an export from your old site.
- Migration via API — programmatic transfer of large volumes and ongoing auto-sync: products, catalogs, orders and customers (see the «API integration» section).
- Migration from Prom — transfer and sync of products and orders from Prom.ua via Integrations → Prom.
- Import from 1C / BAS — exchange with your accounting system (products, prices, stock, orders) via API: data stays up to date automatically.
Migrating the catalog
Build the category structure in Shop → Catalogs, and transfer products via import in Shop → Products — Excel, XML/YML and migration via API from an accounting system are supported.
Preserving SEO
To avoid losing traffic, set up 301 redirects from old URLs to new ones in Settings → Redirects, and check meta tags in Settings → Metadata.
