“Payment methods” are the ways a buyer pays for an order: pay the courier, cash on delivery, online payment, prepayment, pay at the cash desk.
What you see
A table with the columns ID, Name (Pay the courier, Cash on delivery, Online payment, Prepayment, Pay at cash desk) and an On/Off toggle. At the top are “Change order”, search and the + Create button. On the right are edit and delete.
How it works
- The edit screen has a Delivery methods multi-select (which delivery options this payment is available for), a name and a Description in two languages.
- The link to delivery matters: cash on delivery makes sense for Nova Poshta but not for pickup paid on the spot.
- The On/Off toggle enables the method on the site.
Why it matters
The more convenient payment options, the higher the share of completed purchases. Binding to delivery methods removes impossible combinations and avoids confusion at checkout.
