"Feedback" is a log of messages that visitors leave through the site's contact forms (callback requests, questions, inquiries).
What you see
At the top are the "Applied sorting" and "Clear" buttons, a search field and "Filters", plus "Bulk actions" and a column picker. The table contains columns:
- ID — the inquiry number.
- Phone — the visitor's contact number.
- Email — the email address.
- Added — the date and time of the inquiry.
- Actions — view and delete the record.
At the bottom are pagination and a results counter.

How it works
Records appear automatically as soon as a visitor submits a form on the site — there is no need to create them manually. You can open an inquiry, call or email the customer back, use search and filters to find a specific request, and delete inquiries you have already handled.
Why it matters
This is your channel for receiving inquiries and questions. A quick response to inquiries boosts sales and loyalty — no customer message gets lost.
